Blueberry Bread

This Blueberry Bread is moist and delicious! Use frozen or fresh blueberries and don't forget to add streusel topping for an extra special touch!

In a large bowl, beat the butter until creamy. Mix sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, blending thoroughly. Add in the vanilla extract.

In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients. Then add the flour mixture to the batter. On the lowest speed setting, incorporate the flour until it is all absorbed.

In a medium bowl, toss the frozen blueberries around with the flour. Add it to the batter and very gently fold the blueberries.

Scoop the batter into the prepared pan. Add the streusel topping. Bake the bread and allow to fully cool before slicing.
