– full fat cream cheese – butter – all purpose flour – jam / fruit preserves – powdered sugar

In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese and butter using a hand mixer. Mix until light and fluffy.

Add flour. With the mixer on low speed, mix in the flour until 95% incorporated. At that point, finish by hand using a spatula.

Wrap the dough in plastic wrap, shaping into a disk and chill for 1 hour minimum.

When ready to bake, preheat the oven to 350° and prepare two baking sheets with parchment paper.
