Easy Snickerdoodle Cookies

In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars using a hand mixer. Scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl and add the eggs and vanilla.

In the same bowl, add the dry ingredients. Mix on the lowest speed setting until just until combined.

In a small bowl, stir together sugar and cinnamon for the coating. Scoop balls of dough and drop it into the coating until smooth and fully coated.

Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 9-11 minutes.
